We have four varieties of olives in our grove.

Of these, we keep the Kalamata for pickling and we are pleased to announce the Mason’s Creek Table Olives are now available!

We bottle the Manzanillo, a large dual-purpose fruit, as a pure varietal oil. Every year it has  different qualities and characteristics, depending on the season and the time of harvesting, but overall it tends be a fairly robust and pungent oil.

The Frantoio and the Correggiola are closely related varieties, with small, flavoursome fruit. The trees have a particularly attractive weeping habit and bear abundantly. We mix these two varieties together to produce a mellow, fruity oil with an intoxicating aroma of freshly-cut grass.
